What kind of water is it?

PLWC bottles spring water to meet our customer's requirements.
 

Where does the water come from?

Throughout the United States in every bottling location Premier Label WaterCo. has only contracted with AWARD WINNING Spring Water Bottling Facilities.
 

What is the shelf-life of bottled water?

All of our pure water has a shelf-life of 18 months.
 

Can I use my credit card to place an order?

PLWC gladly accepts MASTERCARD, VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS through our secure website server or you may give us your credit card number via phone or fax.
 

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 240 bottles (10 cases). We can accommodate orders of any size, from cases to truckloads. Please contact us for details.
 

What size bottles do you use?

Orders may be accommodated in 8 oz, 9.75 oz, 12 oz, 16.9 oz, 20 oz, and one liter size bottles.
 

What is the average order production time?

Product is normally shipped 10 days after approval of artwork.
 

Can you accommodate rush orders?

All orders require a minimum processing time of five days. Delivery required in ten days or less is subject to a 20% surcharge, excluding rush freight charges.
 

What kind of bottles do you use?

PLWC uses high-quality PET (plastic) bottles which are light-weight and clear in color with a smooth label panel and ridges. They do not affect the taste of our pure water.
 

What kinds of cap do you use?

All of our bottles come with safety caps with a single safety seal around the base of the cap. Flat caps have a safety seal around the base of the cap and the base of the spout. The flat caps also have a secure fitting dust cap cover over the spout and we use a tamper-evident twist-off cap.
Flat caps and push pull sports caps are available.  

Are my labels kept in stock/on file?

Yes. Customer labels are kept in stock for re-orders and artwork is kept on file for a period of two years.
 

Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?

Re-orders are no problem. There is no additional set-up charge - only an additional PMS color match charge is incurred if applicable.
 

Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?

No you do not have to receive the entire order at one time. PLWC can
drop ship an order for an agreed time table and fee.
 

Are Bottled Carrying Straps Available?

Yes, we have a Rubber "O" ring strap in several colors. These straps can be
customized for a 2000 piece minimum.
 

What are the charges for set-up and artwork?

Charges vary depending on order size, complexity, spot color and / or four color process.There is a
$90.00(a) charge per color up to three(3) colors. NO PMS MATCH CHARGE - NO RUNNING CHARGE.
 

Can you do four-color process orders?

YES, WE CAN DO IT AND THE SET UP IS $520.00(a)
 

What kind of labels do you use?

Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay which is completely submersible with no effect to the label color or message. PMS colors may be used on white or clear stock

What sizes are the labels?

Labels can be customized to sizes 1.75" x 6" for 8fl.oz.and 12 fl. oz. bottles, 2 x 6 or up to 2 x 7.5
upon request.
 

Can PLWC arrange for the shipping of my order?

Yes, with pleasure. We will furnish a quote when you supply us with the destination zip code, the size bottle to be ordered, and the size of the order.
 

From where is the bottle water shipped?

Depending on Quanitiy and bottle size the orders are shipped from any one of our contracted plants.
Oregon, Southern California, Texas, Chicago Area, Georgia and No. East Pennsylvania.
 

How many cases are on a pallet?

Each 40 ft truck can accommodate 20 pallets.
