What does MORENO BHLV mean?
MORENO is the Spanish word for the color tan, a result of the invigorating and healthy sundrenched Southwest climate of California.
BHLV are the initials of Beverly Hills Las Vegas, two of the most glamorous, luxurious and famous destinations in the world.
Where does the MORENO BHLV California sparkling wine originate?
The grapes used in MORENO BHLV are grown in California County of Mendocino, a northern California cool coastal region.
What is the type of grape used to make MORENO BHLV?
The grapes are French Colombard.
Which vineyard grows the grape and how long have they been producing sparkling wine?
The grapes are grown at the Weibel Vineyard and the vineyard has been in business since 1939. The Grapes are processed and bottled at the Weibel processing plant in Lodi California.
What is the decorative finish on the MORENO BHLV bottles?
The gold and the silver are aluminum plated and then coated with an organic water-based clear laminate, which is safe for drinking vessels and is Prop 65 compliant. Our colored bottles are sprayed with a non-solvent water based coating which is FDA-approved for drinking vessels and is Prop 65 compliant.
What types of crystals are used?
MORENO BHLV only uses Swarovski crystals imported from Wattens, Austria. Swarovski Crystals, established in 1795, are considered the best in the world. Swarovski Crystals are hand applied to the MORENO BHLV bottles at our facility in Los Angeles. Some bottles have over 300 individual Swarovski Crystals applied and can take up to 45 minutes to apply to just one bottle.
Personalization
All MORENO BHLV bottles can be personalized on the front of the bottle only.
The back of the bottle is information approved by the Alcohol Beverage Control board and cannot be altered, added to, or deleted in any way.
Minimum for Personalization
There is a 10 case/120 bottle minimum for personalization. Allow 20 days for the first order. Customers who lack sufficient storage should order a 90-day supply and receive additional shipments on an as needed basis.
The process for bottling personalized sparkling wine is far more complicated than for bottled water. The sparkling wine bottle sleeve color determines the processing time, i.e. all silver sleeve bottles will be bottled at one time and all gold sleeve bottles may be bottled a week later. Black and white sleeves are next in the process. Personalized bottle colors can be mixed as long as they have the same color sleeve.

Silver is the most popular color and gold is a close second.
Can the bottles be ordered without Swarovski Crystals?
YES, many customers prefer their bottles without stones. The gold and silver bottles made without stones have a FRIT finish. This ground glass process has an embossed look and feel. Frit is only available on plated bottles. A third option after crystals and frit is to order printing on the bottle with a colored Epoxy water based permanent ink. This ink can be washed in commercial dishwasher without being affected or removed
To what type of bottle can FRIT be applied?
FRIT is a finish which is made of ground glass fired onto the bottle. Any plated bottle can be colored and then frit can be applied. Be aware that frit is not a color and will only reflect the color beneath it, i.e., a white bottle with frit will appear white with white frit, silver bottle with silver frit, etc.
