Custom Label Bottled Water using your proprietary logo is not returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your pallet of bottled water on arrival and sign the carrier bill of lading if the pallet is in good condition.  In the rare event that damage appears upon delivery please contact us immediately before accepting or signing the carrier's bill of lading.

Depending on the extent of damage we may reimburse you for minimal damage or refuse the pallet if the damage is extensive and will file a claim with the carrier.
